All parts undergo thorough inspection before delivery. Components are wrapped with white paper, foam, and air bubble sheet, then placed in Industrial-man custom-made cartons or wooden boxes for secure transportation.
Delivery
We utilize common international carriers including DHL, UPS, FedEx for standard shipments. For urgent requirements, we offer expedited official shipping options (normal: 3-4 days, official: 1-2 days). Customers may also provide their own carrier account for shipment.

4. What should I do if I receive defective parts?
If you receive defective or incorrect parts, please send photos of the issues. Our engineering and quality control teams will investigate and respond within 24 hours. We will replace any defective parts due to production errors or shipping damage at no additional cost.
5. What packaging standards do you use?
For small components, we use standard export cartons with protective foam inserts. Larger/heavier items receive foam wrapping followed by plastic film and secure wooden crating. We can accommodate specific packaging requests from customers.
